I bailed into a chain link fence on campus today after being cut off by a guy on a bike. Nothing to bad since my hands took most of the damage but it made me wonder what kind of other crazy accidents people have had. I really can't stand people that don't respect longboarders.
mine wasnt crazy but unexpected. was cruising on a pavement, infront was a 90deg sharp turn so i thought of taking a shortcut over the grass patch. apparently there’s a hole in the grass patch. flew off my board. thankfully i had my helmet on. right beside where i flew off is a railing.

I fucking love the fact that you promote helmet safety. Most people don't even realize that ten seconds on a board without a helmet could change your and everyone else's lives around you. Lost my best friend four months ago in a longboarding accident at age sixteen... It was a gnarly concrete drainage ditch that we skated all the time, I do admit it was a bit extreme but If he'd have worn a helmet he would've been saved.
